All Returned Items must be in the original packaging or in a mail-safe box or envelope. MemoryCardForSale.comis not responsible for any items that are missing or damaged during shipment.
Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in resaleable condition. Accessories such as the warranty card, driver CD, all cables, manuals and any other components within the original packaging must be included in the return. If a promotional free item came with the product, that must be returned as well. MemoryCardForSale.com may refuse the return if the product is not returned with the complete materials and packaging.
All returns are subject to the following:
- A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is REQUIRED for all returns.
- All product returns must include the original packaging / invoice and any related promotional free items.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number.
- All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are Non-Refundable for all products.
Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty and breach the return policy.
Non-Returnable Products
Some products are deemed ineligible for return by MemoryCardForSale. If received, these ineligible products will be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified by MemoryCardForSale.com if any such ineligible products are received. We will only keep such products up until 30 days from the date you were notified. We claim no responsibility for the products after the said 30 days. Ineligible products include:
- Any product that was not purchased from MemoryCardForSale.com
- Any products that are returned without original packaging and all accessories that shipped with the product. This can include and are not limited to the retail box, manuals, and any other items that were originally included with the product.
- Computer Software

How to get an RMA number
A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns:
You must obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. MemoryCardForSale.com will not accept returns without an RMA number, materials without one will be sent back at the sender's expense. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days, within which the returned item must be received by MemoryCardForSale.com.
To obtain your RMA number, please call 1-314-881-9005 to submit your RMA request. You will receive an RMA number from our representatives. Please write this number on the outside of your return package as well as any invoices or packing slips included in the package. ***Please DO NOT write the RMA number on the actual item!***
Defective Items
Returning a Defective Item:
Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept defective exchanges on products within 30 days of the purchase date. MemoryCardForSale.com will have sole discretion as to the credit methods. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement, or we may repair the item and return it to you.
Please note the following conditions for Blank Media and Duplication Hardware products:
- Blank Media: partial returns for a blank media product are not accepted. In the event a blank media product is experiencing defective discs, all discs from that product must be returned (not just defective discs) to obtain proper credit methods.
- Duplication Hardware: All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 30% Penalty. Any returns (Defective, Non-defective returns) not returned in "like new condition" including missing the original box, packaging material, contents accessories or manuals are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Non-Defective Items
Returning a Non-Defective Item:
You may return most new, unopened items sold by MemoryCardForSale.com within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error, such as ordering the wrong item and/or change in item preference. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the invoice, please include a note with your order number and RMA number. All items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.
Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by SuperMediaStore.com. All repair and technical assistance is provided directly from the manufacturer listed for that product. See product detail pages for more information.

Customers agree to bear the risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by MemoryCardForSale.com.
Warranties
Physical Damages to any product will void the product warranty and eligibility for return:
Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances.
All the memory cards from MemoryCardForSale.com have a five year limited warranty.
How do I track my package?
A tracking number will be provided via email once an order has been shipped out. You can also track your FedEx packages by going to FedEx.com or by contacting FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX-(463-3339).
Unfortunately for orders shipped via USPS First class (with the exception of USPS Priority Mail), there are no tracking numbers provided.
